Washed up to the shore
Given one last chance
To try some more
But I'm tired, I'm freezing
Let's stop and call it history

-No Doubt

5. Acceptance
We begin to reach a level of awareness and understanding of the nature of our loss and begin to cope. We develop patience, understanding and self-confidence believing that we will survive and heal.

We will survive, we will heal, even if we cannot believe it at the moment. Just know it's true.

Grief can occur as a result to a number of different events with one things in common--loss. At some point in our lives, each of us faces the loss of someone or something dear to us. The loss of anything that matters to us will trigger the grieving process; a model for change to help us understand and deal with our personal reaction to trauma.

This is my story. What's yours? What have you lost?

The quickest way to a man's heart is not through the stomach but through his chest, with an axe.

Needing someone is like needing a parachute. If they aren't there at the time you really needed them, chances are you won't be needing them again.

I like the fact it's just a simple silhouette. It's a very beautiful piece of work.

This is what I'll tell a guy who comes up to me:
I'm only interested in the most important bodypart. The bigger, the better! (it's your brain) XD

I'D LIKE TO EAT YOUR BRAIN:skull:
